I was really disappointed and felt very uneasy about the work that was done on my car. I went in with a flat tire....I have a warranty. When the service advisor came to me he said we found the nail and took it out and it is covered but your brakes need replaced. I just got my brakes done within the last year and I did not believe the advisor. He seemed very uneasy about my response. 15 minutes later he claims they relooked ay my tire and found a second nail and the tire could not be patched. I do not in full faith believe I had a second nail in my tire and I think they were looking for a way to get money from me. I will not return to that dealership. They are sketchy and just looking for your money. More...

I go here for oil changes mostly. They do a good job. Be prepared to be there for 1 1/2 - 2 hours which is understandable when you’re doing a walk in appointment. I will say, the rep you deal with determines the price you pay. One time I paid $70, another time I paid $45 plus got a free detail, and another time I paid $60. So definitely make sure you go to the same rep each time for consistency. More...

This was my first time in 10 years owning a Jeep. I decided to come back to Criswell because, I always received good service there in the past. Their reputation is still great. The two service team members (Vanessa and Shane) that assisted me were fabulous. They greeted me with a very professional and caring demeanor, they were very attentive to my concerns. Was 150 miles from home late Saturday when our Jeep Renegade experienced a horrible rear wheel metal on metal sound. Found Criswell was 10 minutes and with hazards on made it there. They called a mechanic over from their Chevy dealership who opened the service bays, lifted the car, pulled the wheel, and got us on our way. The team had no charge and refused any tip and wished my daughter and I to have a great day. Would have been stranded without them going above and beyond. They don't need to offer appointments if they won't honor them. Two hours for an oil change when my appt was at 11:30 Also with COVID still here employees are driving customers cars around without masks. And when brought to their attention and asked them to wipe down my car because of it. Response was we don't have wipes. And we will talk to employees. This has been required for awhile.
