Great place for private lessons with friends! I haven't taken too many of their regular scheduled classes. Ellie has been my private instructor a few times and I'm obsessed! My friends and I love her and always request her! She is a bundle of fun energy that always gives you a good workout and a great class! All the instructors are knowledgeable and nice and the atmosphere is great! They can teach any level of fitness and make it fun! They always have good performances in the area and are a great time if you ever go to a class. More...

Best spot to train for aerial arts! Every teacher is warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful weather you are a first timer, or a seasonal aerialist. The high ceilings are amazing for learning silks, and their Pulley system is awesome for changing out apparatuses. I love taking class and building my strength, as well as open gym where we can work on a special piece, or learn a new trick! Each teachers has something amazing and different to offer every student. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who is interested in starting something new, or to train their aerials! More...
