I have emailed you guys with no response. I’ve had several issues getting your staff to pay attention to vet records I upload and have been denied approval for 2 of my dogs now simply because they didn’t look at the records. I have uploaded them again and circled where the dates for their vaccines are and still have not been approved. When I emailed about the first dog, I was told it depends on who checks the records that I may get different answers. This is very frustrating. Can someone please contact me so this can be addressed? What inspired you to start your own business?
This all began back in 2016 when my husband and I started looking for a dog walker for our two pups, Stinson and Khumbu.
We wanted a reliable pet care service we could trust to come into our home and take care of our pups during the work day. Our busy schedules would often change last-minute, so being able to easily book visits same-day was really important to us. Come to find out… convenience, reliability, and love that matched our own love for our pups would be impossible to find.
We’d run out of options, and I decided if I could’t find what I was looking for… a pet care service that could accommodate our modern lifestyle… then I’d build it myself. Skipper was born, and, since then, I’ve made it my life mission to bring trust, adventure, and peace of mind to other pet parents like us.
What started as a one-person dog walking business has expanded to the first tech-enabled social play venture built for pups and their people. A personal frustration turned into a passion for building the highest end pet care and social experience. A place where trust and transparency guide the client experience. Where the ease of cutting-edge technology, and a clean and safe place to give you peace of mind and a chance for you and your pup to get your wiggles out. Dog Grooming
Skiptown dog grooming services are done by professional dog groomers who will love your pup almost as much as you do.
All dog grooming services include a full bath and blow dry, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression (if requested.) The treatment of your pup’s coat during the service is completely customizable and can range from full ‘all-over’ haircuts to simple clean-up trims to a deep cleaning bath.
Dog Daycare
All the space to play - Expansive indoor and outdoor off-leash parks, an agility course, and a splash pad, Skiptown isn’t just dog-friendly; it’s dog-focused.
Around the clock care - Your pup will never be short on snuggles at daycare! Our expertly trained pet care team specializes in belly scratches.
Daily visit updates - Get full updates on what your pup’s been up to that day at daycare, who their best friends are, and frame-worthy photos you’ll want to show your mom.
Convenient pick-up & drop-off - Standard drop-off for dog boarding and dog daycare runs from 7am-9am, 7 days/week! Valet is available for drop-off and pick-up Monday-Friday.
