Jazmin is a phenomenal woman.  She's prompt, professional, kind, reassuring and truly LISTENS. She did both my hair and makeup for my friends' wedding. She communicated well, arrived on time and I later found out she had just had her baby 6 weeks ago!!! Jazmin and her assistant did makeup for myself (the bride), five bridesmaids, my mom, and the mother of the groom for my July 2017 wedding.  She confirmed all details prior to my big day and was flexible with the day of timeline.  On the wedding day, both her and her assistant arrived to our hotel early.  They finished everyone's makeup on time (if not ahead of schedule) and everyone truly looked gorgeous in person and in our wedding photos!Being a fellow makeup artist, I am very particular about my makeup.  Jazmin was open to my comments and made me look beautiful for my bridal shower and my wedding day!!Thank you again Jazmin! I had Jazmine as my makeup artist on my wedding day. I highly recommend her! Among so many make up artists, her prices are most affordable for me as I'm still a student. Why go to other make up artists when u can have good quality makeup and hairdo for decent price right? Anyway, I do not put on make up much because I don't know how to and my skin is terrible with a lot of big acne scars! I guess I was too stressed, I had so many big acnes right before my wedding. It should be a nightmare to all makeup artist but Jazmine made me look so good on my wedding day, u can barely see my scars and acne.Everyone liked my makeup and hairdo! I had ceremony in the early morning and dinner reception at night. Usually my face would become super oily and makeups would melt right off but somehow my makeup lasted whole 12 hours or more by following Jazmine's instructions and there were no breakouts after!  She's very friendly, nice and professional, always on time and even accommodated with my last minute changes! Jazmin was so professional, and calming to work with as I just got married this past week. Jazmin put me at ease in preparation for the big day and also glammed up my nieces, flower girls, mother in law, and two sister in laws for my wedding. My makeup and hair stayed beautifully from morning and all throughout the evening, including two hours worth of dancing. I hired Jazmin as a gift to one of my best friends for her wedding and for myself. Jazmin was so easy to work with since the beginning. She answered all my questions and always responded very quickly. On the day of the wedding she arrived early and was very prepared. She did a beautiful job on the bride, her makeup stood out without looking packed on. Everything was flawless! For myself she did airbrush and a beautiful smokey eye that incorporated a little purple to match my bridesmaid dress. The makeup stayed out all night. Jazmin is very sweet and accomodating. She even helped me with my hair because I was having a tough time curling. Jazmin is an incredible artist! She did my hair and makeup for my rehearsal/rehearsal dinner (the trial run) and wedding, and also did hair and makeup for my mom and sister on my wedding day. We couldn't have been happier with the results! When planning my wedding, I asked around to see what friends had done for their hair and makeup. Many recommendations were incredibly pricey, which was out of the question on my budget. Other recommendations were less expensive, but couldn't provide the style that I was looking for. When my close friend recommended Jazmin, I was sold! She had looked absolutely gorgeous (and very much like herself) on her wedding day, plus I always trust her recommendations. Jazmin's prices are incredibly reasonable ... I felt so lucky that she was available on my wedding day!Jazmin answered all my questions quickly over email. She always arrived on time, despite having to drive a long distance to my parents' home. After we discovered that my venue was incredibly windy on the rehearsal day, Jazmin made some slight changes to make sure that my hair wouldn't fall apart or blow in my face on the wedding day. She even changed my hair up slightly after my trial run so that I wouldn't give away my look at the rehearsal dinner. On the wedding day, she left me with a touch up kit (hair pins, translucent powder, makeup sponge, custom lipstick) so that I could touch up after the ceremony. She was always on time, always prepared, and easily able to recreate any hair and makeup look that we desired. I felt beautiful on my wedding day, and my mom and sister were glowing and gorgeous. This review is long overdue. My wedding was May 21st, 2016 and Jazmin was absolutely amazing from the get go. We started with a trail run and she got the exact look I wanted for my big day. She kept in constant communication with me via email and text and always responded quickly. Big plus is she is very reasonably priced! Jazmin and her assistant Virginia did my hair and make-up for our wedding in July 2016. They also did hair and makeup for my mother, grandmother, and most of my bridesmaids. They did an exceptional job! They were extremely professional and easy to work with. We had a last minute change in hair style and she took it in stride (it came out better than I could have imagined). I did trials with a couple other people and Jazmin's work was a million times better than any of them. This review is long overdue! Jazmin did my hair and makeup for my wedding reception in June 2015. I'm South Asian and wore Indian outfits and jewelry. I had two trials with her beforehand to try out different looks. I thought I wanted a particular makeup look, but when I had it on and tried it with my outfit, it wasn't what I was looking for. I told her this and we went back for a second trial and it was perfect.I loved my hair and makeup for my wedding. Jazmin did makeup for my wedding.  THE GOODShe showed up on time for both the trial and on the wedding day.  The wedding day we were in a house up in the hollywood hills that was NOT easy to find.  To boot the call time was 5AM.  She showed up both on time and with a smile.Her prices were very competitive.  She was patient with any changes or suggestions that I had.  I took pics and compared to other testing sessions I had everyone agreed hands down she was the best.  THE BADIn a lot of the photographs you can see a lightness/chalkiness for both me and my mom.  I was told by some people it could have been the photographer as well.  THE UGLYNONE!  All of the party looked striking.  I would most certainly use Jazmin again. If I could give Jazmin 10 stars I would! She came to my hotel for a wedding I was in to do my hair and make-up which included covering a 4x4 sized tattoo (black and green) on my arm. We went with the air brushed make up (first time I ever had that) and it was amazing! I looked like a doll all day and night. (Make-up was done about 11am and it was still perfect over 12 hours later-1am). The tattoo cover was perfect, you couldn't even tell I there was a tattoo there!For my hair she added in my clip in extensions and my hair came out just like the photo I showed her. She even gave me some instruction on my clip ins, which was much appreciated! I was finished in 2 hours as promised which I was impressed! Best of all she was easy going and very sweet. We had never met but had conversation like we were good friends. She made my day!! She even told me she would travel over 40 miles to my home for a small travel fee. It is worth it! I booked her to do my hair and make-up for a birthday party I am throwing and I can't wait! Sometimes you just need to be pampered for the day and look good all night, it is worth it! Jazmin is truly amazing. She made me feel relaxed and confident on my wedding day. Not only did she do an incredible job on my make-up and hair but, she was genuinely nice and efficient. She would tell me what she was doing and kept me calm. I felt so beautiful and my husband was pleased too! The reason I decided to book Jazmin is because other make-up artists and  hair stylists want to charge almost double their regular price for brides. I found that Jazmin charged a standard rate for all and later on found that I was lucky to have her. I couldn't have asked for a better make-up and hair stylist. She even took some beautiful pictures for me and my friends before leaving for the chapel and helped my cousin with her hair and make-up even though we didn't schedule it. My make up stayed in tact the entire night, even after my husbands intense kissing session. hehe Also my hair doesn't like to curl and no matter how much hair spray you use the curls always fall. I have to say that Jazmin was the best! She has a kind, patient personality and good sense of humor. She is very hard working and will truly strive to get you the look that you want.
