The food is amazingly delicious and the staff is very professional
What’s your signature dish?
My Jack Daniels Salmon is the best. I did an event called Signature Chef Thursday where I served my Jack Daniels Salmon, and it sold out. It ended up turning into a two-day event. I normally service it with Roasted Brussel sprouts, Quinoa and salad but you can order it with other sides as well. To finish it off, some banana pudding for dessert!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By talking to the clients and getting an idea of what they re looking for.
