SIRUI Imaging

So I've been using a sirui et-2004 for my aurora photography for 9 years now, extreme cold and wet conditions, salt water, pretty much anything Alaska can throw at it. Two years ago a shim broke on one of the legs, i was deviated because i knew it was out of warranty and i was crazy broke so i just lived with not using it at full extension. I reached out to sirui a week ago and asked them if they could repair it, i got a response email in less than an hour from Anthony, he was super helpful explaining how it worked and what i needed and how to fix it then he sent me the part needed. I just got it in and fixed my tripod and I'm beyond happy to have it working like new again. The customer service is just as great as the product. Thank you sirui and thank you Anthony.
