love the family atmosphere, reasonable prices and great portions of food, their roti and pholouries are to die for, i drive all the way from royal palm beach just to go to singh's and love the soca tunes that they play, what i love about the roti shop is that it reminds me of the roti shops back in queens, i recommend this place wholeheartedly

This place has in my opinion the best Trini food in South Florida. I've been to over 6 different Trini restaurants in the Miami and Broward area and Singh's Roti Delight is by far the gold standard. Not only is the quality of the food exceptional and the portion size more than generous enough, but the owners (Mr. and Mrs. Singh) are some of the kindest restaurant owners you are likely to encounter. As a vegetarian I would recommend the veggie roti plate and doubles. The chana is wonderfuly spiced and the doubles come with all the usual fixins like tamarind sauce, hot pepper sauce, and pickled cucumber. Singh's Roti Delight is a must try! More...

The friendly staff and the hot meals never let me down! This time I tried the goat buss up roti! To say the meal was amazing was an understatement!
They did not hold back the flavor and the amount as in other shops do! I even had the cassava pone for dessert, let just say, it reminded me of home!
Already had the location saved and will continue to eat here!!!!

These young restaurant owners have the correct way of treating people. They are open to criticism, obviously welcome compliments, and are always giving and helping when the opportunity arises.
Through every obstacle that comes their way they will always succeed.
They have the best roti, amazing Chinese specials, and doubles and aluminum pie are my favs...not forgetting the original Singh's Cucumber Chutney . Love you guys!!!!!
