I am an Airbnb host and I have been through 3 cleaning companies who were not a fit. I found Simplee Maid in a host group and decided to try out their services because their photos of previous work looked promising. Upon contacting them the communication was amazing, quick responses and very knowledgeable about the Airbnb cleaning space. Upon her arrival she was ON TIME!!!!! No cleaner had ever arrived immediately after the guest checks out. She called to make sure how I wanted everything to be done, asked where things should be placed, etc. she went through all my inventory and let me know what I needed more of. To top it off the clean and staging was immaculate! Simplee Maid is now my regular cleaning team. I am so thankful to have found someone that takes business seriously and is so great at what they do. I highly recommend Simplee Maid to anyone that needs a clean but especially to Airbnb Hosts. They understand the importance of how detrimental a hosts cleans are for their reviews.
