I’m happy to share that I have received my Green Card and the entire process went flawlessly through the help of SimpleCitizen. Kudos to the stellar team who are very professional and friendly in every interaction.Here’s a quick overview of my journey with them.Initially I availed an attorney service on my own, but it didn’t go well. Nothing fault with the attorney, its just that they were not available when I need them the most. Every time I attempt to reach my attorney, I was told that I need to wait for 3 weeks to get an appointment. I gave up due to long wait times.I then availed the professional service from simplecitizen. The experience was awesome. From my first call, I was given priority support. In every step of the journey “Team Simplecitizen” did their best in providing the support to me.Even when they were overloaded with more applicants, they never missed their committed timelines for followups with me. It’s truly commendable. On most of the days, I was getting response from them on the same day for my queries. They even made changes in the questionnaire in their website on the fly to accommodate a requirement for my case which was unique. This company is literally saving families and marriages. I have a very long complicated back story and so found myself looking to reimmigrate to the US in 2019 when our family needed to move back from overseas. I had had to give up my original green card due to the strict rules about living outside the country for 2 years. Suffice it to say that I came to them after having to fire my very expensive attorneys who didn't get the job done for me, which resulted in me having to way overpay, be separate from my family for 6 months, out of work for almost 2, not to mention the stress and strain of trying to keep a family together under financial and immigration duresse during the pandemic. Then along came this wonderful team and for 1/20th of the cost of the attorneys, were professional, prompt, empathetic, courteous, precise, and meticulous. Woah. I actually don't know how they do it for the price they do- but today I finally got my greencard and the interviewing officer kept asking me what attorney or service I used...I told him and I think he was really surprised. If you are married to a US citizen, and neither has a criminal record, and it's easy to prove yours is a legit marriage, you should be able to file without an attorney- 'it's easy' he said. I was a J1 visa overstay (2 year does not apply) married to a US citizen. After talking to a lot of people they were telling me i have to hire a lawyer because they were saying its gonna be a hard case to get approved because its an overstay. After talking to a couple of lawyers and paying more than $350 in consultations they just told me that im eligible for a green card but is gonna be hard. The quote they gave me was anywhere from $4500-6000 to help me with the case. From what i was reading online from the people that hired the lawyers they were like i had to collect all the evidence myself the lawyer just made sure it looked good and sent it to the Uscis. Keep in mind hiring a lawyer doesn’t guarantee it will get approved or not they also make mistakes, so paying a lot of money for the lawyers doesn’t mean that they are gonna do all the work and you’re gonna get approved! After hearing how much would it cost to hire a lawyer it was a ridiculous amount of money that we didn’t have we decided to do it ourselves. Dont get me wrong i have nothing against the lawyers and how much they charge i know that they went to school for what they do and they were supposed to get paid for it, its just simply a lot of people cannot afford to pay that much money. So one day scrolling down the internet i stumbled upon a simple citizen (thank God) the best thing that happen to me! After reading what the concept is that they are doing I decided to absolutely go with them there is a no brainer really! So in my instance i paid $349 for their services which include: So on their website you fill out everything online and upload all the documents, they review it make sure its good and organize it and send it to your home address! And you send it to Uscis. All that for $349!!! in my opinion everybody should use them it just doesn’t make sense why wouldn’t you? It’s literally like hiring a lawyer but 10 times cheaper. I would say as long as you dont have a criminal record and relatively simple case please do yourself a favor and go with Simple citizen trust me you will not regret it. And honestly i feel like they should be charging a little bit more considering how much work they put in and they will reply to your email questions or calls within 24 hours depends on your time zone. I see a lot of people are complaining that they don’t reply right away well you gotta understand that for that low money and high volume of messages you cannot expect to have them on a speed dial. McKay was the one helping me with my case and she is absolutely amazing! So our case was received by the Uscis on June 3rd. On December 1st we had an interview and got a RFE because the lack of evidence. That is not the mistake of Simple Citizen its just we were only married for 6 months and we simply didn’t have as much evidence as the immigration officer was asking for. So after receiving an RFE i was talking to the couple of lawyers again to ask how much would it cost to finish the case. The prices i got was from 3000-4500. And they said the chances of being approved is 50-50. After talking to McKay she said they will finish the case for free because its included with the price Like are you kidding me!!!! I was sending her the evidence and she was reviewing it and telling me what to add or not to add. Some advices she gave was amazing and i think they helped me tremendously in getting my green card. After she created a final response I printed it and sent it to the Uscis. My green card got approved yesterday. What an amazing company simple citizen is for the money i just cannot understand why everybody doesn’t use them. I definitely dont know if I could have done it without them, or maybe I could have but it would have cost me a lot of thousands of dollars and honestly these are the best $349 ever spent in my whole life! The best decision ever! I would recommend everyone using simple citizen and i will definitely be using them in the future and recommend it to everyone! My wife and I saw their service and signed up originally because of the attractive price points for green card applications. We signed up for the top 'professional' package for $849. What we received was anything BUT professional.The initial application was delayed past their estimated window for the single page translation with no communication other than 'they've sent it in to get translated'. At this point we brought to attention again that we needed to go through this with little time to spare to avoid a lapse in my wife's employment eligibility. Once they finally got the application ready to send, the VP of customer service gave me his number and said to call/text if any questions come up through the rest of the process.Shortly after we sent in the application, we received an RFE, which we were told isn't uncommon. So despite being unnerved, we started to wait for the SimpleCItizen team to prep our RFE response when they went radio silent for more than TWO WEEKS. By radio silent, through every channel possible without a single response. I reached out to their customer service line as well as the VP's personal number I was told to call/text if we had any questions over a dozen times to not one single response. All we wanted was an update on the status of the response, we would have been fine if they told us to get 3rd party legal help, but nothing, no response. We got so desperate to not have my wife's employment eligibility lapse and lose her job that I reached out to their entire management team through LinkedIn messaging, pleading for a response. Not one response from anyone. In the 2+ weeks, I reached out to more than half of their startup of fewer than 20. Any one of them could have reached out to give me an update, but chose not to. We finally heard back after reaching out to other options for legal help, "Sorry I was out sick for the last 10 days with COVID, thanks for understanding!" was all it said. COVID is not in her control we understand, but a handoff process missing for account managers in case of emergencies is unacceptable for a business handling time-sensitive applications. Again, any one of the dozen people I reached out to could have escalated this issue or have gotten back to us, but didn't, because not only is this company ill-equipped to handle the variations in customer volume, but they also don't care about their customers. They offered a refund, we took it since we couldn't trust them with another step in the already nerve-wracking process. So Glad I trusted my gut and chose SimpleCitizen.I did a lot of research on immigration attorneys and law firms before My husband and I decided to go with SimpleCitizen for filing with USCIS for my greencard application. I talked to them before I purchased the package they were so nice and helpful answered all my questions. Everything was so good to be true but after I started my application and I was assigned Shelby as my case manager everything immediately was proven and I was so relieved from day one. The application was long but SOO easy to fill out. 100000 times easier than filling the countless forms by myself. Shelby is kind, patient, detail oriented and amazingly helpful. I’m the kind of person that does a lot of research before buying or picking a service, it wasn’t different when I was looking for an immigration service for my I-751 form. The form to file by myself looked really easy but I always need those extra eyes that verify my forms, specially with something important like an immigration form. Simplecitizen was great during the whole process they have an amazing team to answer all your questions and the program is really friendly and straightforward. We started off very doubtful of the services offered by Simple Citizen, for our Green Card (GC) application. We were in utter doubt of coming across such an inexpensive option when lawyer’s fees can cost upwards of 5K. This made us apprehensive of its legitimacy, privacy of personal information entered, professionalism, and ultimately whether this would provide us the support and answers to our questions we would need through the entire GC process. We researched online reviews extensively, trying to gauge whether Simple Citizen was safe and effective. We initiated a conversation with staff of Simple Citizen to explore this option and see if it felt comfortable to us. In doing so, Sam (the CEO himself), reached out and spoke with us. He inquired as to our concerns, and provided information about the company and services. He confirmed that private information entered for the forms (i.e., SSN) were kept securely on their servers. He also confirmed that upon written request, our information would be erased from their servers. We remained doubtful, but it was ultimately Sam’s time and attention to our concerns which convinced us to use Simple Citizen. Understandably, while we did not continue to have direct contact with Sam, we consistently received care and attention from each staff member who worked with us. McKay especially, who worked with us around the final drafts and review of our USCIS application was patient and attentive to our innumerable and detailed questions and concerns. This was a big part of our positive experience with Simple Citizen.The online platform itself is user friendly. Similar to TurboTax, it prompts for required information, and then auto populates this into the less than user friendly government forms. After entering personal information, Simple Citizen compiles the entire application.We ended up finalizing our application within days of a vacation. Having communicated with Simple Citizen that we wanted to submit the application prior to leaving, they kindly accommodated and worked diligently with us on this timeline. We received an express shipped packet from Simple Citizen with our application. Inside was a bundle: Our entire application was almost completely ready for mailing to USCIS! All forms were printed, and the supporting documentation (passports, visas, wedding photos, etc. were of note, printed in color!). In addition, a sheet indicating where the sealed medical envelope should be placed, mini envelopes to place the required passport photos, and even pens were included. Easy Peasy!!I continued to remain in doubt as I vowed to write this review only if I received my GC without any hassle. Over the period of a couple of months after mailing the application, we received official letters from USCIS confirming the receipt of the different GC forms. Then we waited. Finally we received notice of the scheduling of our GC interview. We notified Simple Citizen, at which time they again made themselves available for support. They also arranged a 30 minute consultation for us with an immigration lawyer to address any questions in preparation of the interview. Our interview went like a breeze. We were approved on the spot and received the Green Card after 5 days via mail. After this whole process I am no longer in denial, this daunting application process went smoothly!A note that WE learned through this process: Make sure to submit your application in a timely manner after having the required medical evaluation. The medical evaluation I received ended up being just a few days outside of the required window (of 60 days) of receipt of our application by USCIS. Consequently, I had to re-complete it prior to our interview, for an additional (and unnecessary) expense.In summary, we had a wonderful experience with Simple Citizen! For anyone who has a straightforward case, we definitely recommend it. If you feel your case may present some “red flags”, we encourage you to contact and speak directly with a staff member of Simple Citizen as we have found them helpful and knowledgeable. For us, we found it to be well sufficient for our needs and a positive experience. All staff we interacted with were attentive, professional, and gave their time to our innumerable questions. Unfortunately, I just got off the phone with my credit card company, where I've had to dispute the charge from SimpleCitizen. Things seemed to go well with SimpleCitizen until it was time to translate my documents (that is, only 2 days after purchase). We were told that only a few documents qualified for their translation service, even though the SimpleCitizen website states that "translations are provided", without mentioning any restrictions on type of document. When I initially reached out to customer support about the issue, Matt from SimpleCitizen promised that all translations would be provided. After 4 months of receiving no follow up (and no translations, meaning my application could not move forward), I reached out again. For 3 weeks now, I have received no responses to my emails, chat messages, and contact form messages. It is understandable that there can be a misunderstanding of what services are included in a business's package offering. You shouldn't expect, however, to be told something by customer support that is in direct contradiction to the company's own Terms & Conditions. What is even more worrying is that the representatives of SimpleCitizen stopped responding to emails and other communications. I regret that I was forced to dispute the charge with the credit card company rather than be able to resolve this with SimpleCitizen directly. When they refuse to communicate, there is unfortunately no other choice, and this refusal speaks volumes about their company, business ethic, and potential treatment of future customers. More...

You could easily spend thousands of dollars with a lawyer and not get any better service than you get with simple citizen. Simple citizen makes filing the necessary immigration forms simple and they are there to answer your questions every step of the way.
