OMG! Â This business went over & above!!! Â So pleasant over the phone! Â So incredibly accommodating!Over my bday my husband was in the hospital for scheduled (yet serious) surgery. Â My sister had sent flowers to my house for me but I was never home over the course of more than a week - constantly driving back/forth to hospital & staying with my husband. Â I received notice of the flower delivery on the door & called to let the florist know that I couldn't even predict when I'd be home to be able to receive flowers. Â They were so kind & understanding! Â They offered to remake the bouquet once my husband was home & they'd redeliver then. Â They kept in touch with me & did just that! Â How amazingly thoughtful & accommodating! Â I'm very thankful! Â And the flowers were beautiful & fresh - lasted over a week! More...

Silver Springs floral is great, my colors were green and black with accents of white. I had a hard time picking flowers as my husband, his family and I all have allergies to every possible flower known to man. However, Thia was kind and was full of ideas that would work, she even allowed me take some flowers home to show me how hardy they were and how long they would last. Towards the end we had a small mix up about centerpieces but she quickly resolved it and put our mind at ease. When we received the flowers they were gorgeous, fresh and smelled delightful, Thia even added some amazing skull accents to them. If you want some beautiful flowers that accompany your decor for a decent price I highly recommend Thia! More...

So very helpful and kind. I'm from out of town and Lynn took the time to call me to make sure I was at my temporary housing. Unfortunately, I was running errands. Â Since I was close to the shop, I stopped in and picked up my flowers, but not before they were carefully packed for travel. A week and a half later, the flowers are still beautiful. Thank you!! I called Thia with a quirky request to incorporate a Broncos ball cap, a bottle of orange juice and post-it notes into an arrangement. As usual, she did not disappoint. The person who received them LOVED it and I was thrilled with how it came out. I recently used Silver Springs Floral and Gift to send flowers to my sister and my mom. I was unsure of what sort of arrangements I wanted to send so I called and talked with a girl there. She was so helpful and polite. She was able to make suggestions that fit what I was hoping to send. The flowers were delivered on the day requested and they were absolutely beautiful. I have been an avid customer of Silver Springs for at least 4 years and had them deliver a floor touching bouquet on our 7th anniversary, when I was at work, the day I proposed by inviting my love to a formal evening of dinner and dancing in our dining room. it was all so perfect. So, of course, when we decided we were going to stay in New Mexico for our wedding we didn't even have to think about who we would go through. They went above and beyond in every way! Everythin was perfect! Even the woman who ran the Bed and Breakfas said the bridal bouquet was one of the most beautiful she'd ever seen! They were able to aquire unusaul flowers and foliage and create the centerpeices we desired at a great price. We were going for a woodland fairy wedding with an herbal theme and they gave us just that. they were flexible, allowed us to bring in herbs we had grown ourselves as well as containers we'd collected, and delivered everything at the perfect time so it would look it's best (our wedding was outside).
