Had a horrible experience there yesterday October 27, 2021. Met my husband for lunch with our small kids. We had to wait for a bit just to get our table. Once we got our booth, we sat for a while. I tried to go change my daughter with a new diaper, no changing station in the bathroom. So had to wait again in the booth for someone to come around for a drink order. We literally sat at the booth for 20+ minutes… no body came over to even take our drink orders. Nobody. Nobody paid no mind to us basically. We got so frustrated that we got up and left. Went somewhere else to eat. My husband doesn’t have much time for lunch. Like an hour. So we will not be returning to this place anymore in the near future. They didn’t have enough waitresses and or help I’m Assuming. That’s why everything was slow. I counted 2 or 3 waitresses walking around taking orders at other tables but ours. So if you decided to go there to try it out, make sure you have PLENTYYYY of time on your schedule. More...

The Joppa Social Club enjoyed bingo and then had lunch today at Bruno’s. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. My first visit was today, my friends invited me to brunch and bingo. I had the small pizza and could tell the sauce was homemade, delicious. Jeff was entertaining doing the Bingo and the staff was on point. I had been reluctant to go but now I feel I will be visiting quite often once those liquor license is in place. My first visit to Brunos Restaurant was to attend a graduation party which was catered in a small cozy room off to the side. The food we were served was fantastic we had a salad with several different dressing options, the best lasagna I ever tasted, chicken Parmesan, fettuccine Alfredo, rosemary chicken and potatoes. The options we were offered were a nice array of food and everything was served piping hot and delicious. The entire staff was super friendly, helpful, and kind. I would definitely consider hosting a party here! Bruno’s had big shoes to fill when the previous restaurant moved out but, in my opinion, they’re doing a fantastic job!! We can’t wait to go back and actually order off the menu while eating in the dining room! Nice job Bruno’s! More...

Let me see my husband and have been there numerous times. It seems to me that everyone should be telling customers the same thing, our poor waiter who is Great by the way tells you something different even the manager is inconsistent it what he says. The food is good but with other Restaurants around they definitely need to work out the kinks for example 1 time they charge you a different price and then they blame it on technology, and then the next time they charge you an extra price for the side you had from a previous visit. And the cooks need not bring you out some4 they won't eat themselves. My husband got open face turkey that was black literally. Yuck . I truly hope they make it but they need to address alot of their issues because if one person has a bad experience they going to tell there friends and so on and so on. We eat out almost every weekend and yes I have working with the public all my life since I was 15 and not I'm 61 years old so I know what I'm talking about. The manager with the vest needs to stop making excuses for all things that aren't right and he most definitely needs to remember people that have been there numerous times.And get all the people standing around at the door to go help everyone seated waiting for there food. All the other Restaurants do this. Teamwork people again I truly hope you make it, but we will be going back to Mos that's just 10 minutes down the road. More...
