Silver arrow band absolutely knocked it out of the park! They performed at my backyard wedding and each member of the 6 piece band was more impressive than the next. Leading up to the event they were so quick to respond and flexible with the every changing variables that have come with covid weddings these days. The day of their energy was incredible, and they were so interactive with myself and my guests. You could tell they all love what they do, and were so happy to be there! I cannot say enough good things about Neil and Silver Arrow Band. First of all, they make you a unique band page. You put in all of your requests and Father of the Bride songs etc and they call you for an intro call and then a week of call to make sure they have all the details down. They are so professional, not to mention talented, communicative and supportive. They understood our chill vibe 100% and supported our overall vision of the wedding. They worked with my zany wedding planner so SO well and really just made our experience a 10/10. We had the wedding in my back yard and our neighbors were all out on their porches dancing. When searching for vendors in NYC, you have tons of choices - every friend I asked gave us entirely different lists of vendors that they had used. The only vendor that was recommended to us by more than one person was Silver Arrow Band. One friend even told us that hiring Silver Arrow was the one thing she would definitely do over again for her wedding. Another friend who was on a tight budget said they were very happy with their decision to hire Silver Arrow. We found Silver Arrow to be professional and super easy to work with. They have such a wide range of repertoire, and you can be as hands-on or off about it as you want. They have an easy to use client website where you can update your music preferences and other party details as many times as you want during the planning process. They provided both ceremony and reception music for us and we couldn't be happier. We got lots of compliments from our guests, including ones who are professional musicians themselves. Do yourself a favor and contact them - you'll probably be surprised to find just how reasonable their prices are. Silver Arrow Band is the BEST! My husband and I are both musicians, and the music on our wedding day was at the top of our priority list. It was extremely important to us that we had exceptional music as the backdrop to our big day, and Silver Arrow certainly delivered the most fun and insanely talented crew.

Logistically, Liz (QUEEN!) is extremely organized and prompt; coordinating with her throughout the planning process was truly a joy. She has the process of selecting style down to a science, while still making it feel special and personal. While we were at first hesitant that we would not know the exact people in the band ahead of time, every member of Silver Arrow is so incredibly skilled that you will without a doubt be happy.

On the day of, we had the most lively, fun, incredible crew that enhanced our day more than we could have every imagined. The dance floor was constantly overflowing with happy people ready to celebrate. Our wedding was almost a year ago, and we still have guests talking about how phenomenal the band was. Wonderful experience with Silver Arrow Band! My husband and I were married last June and choose Silver Arrow Band for our entertainment. We saw a showcase they did in NYC, and thought they did an excellent job. We then hired them for our wedding on Cape Cod. The band is slightly different than others where you're not guaranteed specific musicians at your event since it's a collective of musicians and is dependent on availability, etc. This made me slightly nervous, but we took a leap of faith based on all of the positive reviews. They did not disappoint! Liz was an excellent resource throughout and super responsive. The band did our ceremony and reception music, and we got a lot of compliments from guests of all ages. They had a great assortment of music that worked for everyone and kept everyone engaged. One note is that because they work so many weddings they typically don't learn your music until a week or so prior to the big day. I was a bit nervous with this as well, but everything went smoothly. My wife and I knew from the day we were engaged that we had to have a live band, but our issue was that we lived over 4 hours from our wedding venue and finding a local band that we were not going to be able to see at a live showcase was unnerving to say the least. Luckily Zahyia and her team took care of us from day 1 and was there for us every step of the way to plan out our special day. They are so organized and have everything planned out on an online personalized wedding band planning tool which was awesome to keep track of everything. We had the Silver Arrow Band play with a guitar/cello duet at our ceremony, a jazz trio at the cocktail hour and 7 piece band at the reception and at every single step of the way they rocked it! They were able to play all of our requests from the ceremony to the reception and their musicians are second to none. Blake and Sharon were top notch singers/performers and had the entire room on their feet and on dance floor for the entire reception, no exaggeration! We cannot say enough about these guys; the next day at our brunch, we not only had every single guest telling us how good the band was, but we even had the reception staff telling us that the Silver Arrow Band was probably the best band they have ever had at their venue! We worked with one of the female managers from the band to gather information, quotes and set up a time to travel from CT to NYC to see one of the bands showcases. The showcase was great!! music, energy, talent etc they checked all the boxes. It was not until we met with before mentioned female manager that the disappointment set in. In my opinion, she was rude, absent minded and it felt as if she could care less about our business with them. She could not remember either of our names after numerous emails back and forth including one from the day of the show confirming the time and a phone call. Additionally be aware Silver Arrow selects the talent for your wedding or event (you have no say). We saw 6 vocalist 3 of which we loved but they will not allow you to select whom will be performing at your event, per their contract. More...

My mother and I went up to NYC to see a show case that Silver Arrow Band was part of to see them in the moment - I had been in contact with Eli prior sorting out details and making decisions on having them at our wedding. After the showcase I remember my mother being in complete awe with Silver Arrow and she absolutely loved their style. In that moment, we booked! I honestly cannot tell you how easy it was to work with Eli - he was informative and patient. We booked the string trio for our ceremony, a solo act for cocktail hour, and a 9 piece band for the reception. After seeing the band perform live with my fiance in NYC, we thought they would be the perfect band to execute on our vision. Unfortunately, that's where the problems began. They were combative and uncooperative with regards to working with us on music selection to such an extent that they had to have the band manager swapped out halfway through the process. Most unfortunately was when our wedding was canceled by the venue 6 weeks before our wedding date due to state-mandated, coronavirus restrictions they were completely unsympathetic to our plight and refused to return our deposit. I would issue you this recommendation - do not sign any agreement with them without including an ironclad clause that enables you to recoup your deposit due to Act of God / Force Majeur cancellations of the event. Consider yourself warned. But in all honestly, simply avoid enlisting them for your event and you'll avoid a considerable amount of pain. More...

My husband and I got a six piece band, so we could have a sax. We’re so happy we did. The band was amazing and really made the night. We are also pretty sure they learned a couple songs we requested the week prior to our wedding and performed them flawlessly. We had a barn style wedding with 60 people. I was concerned a six piece band would be too much for the venue and size of our event, but it they played to the venue and the dance floor was full from the time it opened until the end of the last song of the night. The managers did an amazing job working with us prior to our wedding and helping us fine-tune the overall event schedule. We couldn’t have asked for a better band. When my fiancé and I started wedding planning, the most important thing to us was that we had an awesome band that kept everyone dancing. Silver Arrow Band delivered, and then some! They were so easy to work with beforehand, and did a perfect job of incorporating our style and musical tastes, as well as reading the room that night. The most consistent comment we have heard from our guests was how great the band was! One told me he was glad they did not do an “encore” (as some guests were shouting for), because he would have collapsed if he danced one more minute. We highly recommend them! There are several good bands in the Syracuse area, most being older cover bands. They're musically good, sound good, all good, I'm sure. But I have NEVER experienced a band like this yet as a guest and wow am I glad we found them for our wedding!
They're young, they're lively, they're confident and spot on. It's classy, fun, tasteful and will have you on your feet all night! Silver Arrow Band MADE our wedding!! Guests raved about how incredible the band was and how much fun they had. We had a three hour dance party and the band brought all their energy. Leading up to the event, they were so accommodating. Multiple times, Dre went through a minute by minute with us to make sure we were all on the same page. They also listened to our very specific music requests (like recessing down the aisle to a song from Hamilton, being announced to a very specific part of Love On Top, and our Do Not Play list), which was so important to me.
