Silvana was wonderful enough to come to my home for a tasting before we hired her. The food was fantastic from the beginning, and the food at the wedding was even better! We had about 50 guests and most of them came up to my husband and I to rave about how awesome the food was. Her buffet set up was great, the salsas were out of this world, and the beef fajitas were so tender and so tasty. Oh, and we can't forget about the homemade tortillas! Would highly recommend 100%!
