I have a diverse background that incorporates strength and conditioning, nutrition, finance, and accounting. I have used these skills for the past five years to help individuals and businesses achieve their goals. On a more personal note I have recently suffered a serious injury that required me to have ACDF surgery and replace two discs in my neck.

Sahil is the absolute best at planning workouts! I have seen the most muscle growth with him. He changes the order of workouts as a way of progressive overload. I listen and incorporate various techniques to help build my client not just a look but the foundation which will help them to keep training for years to come. I believe in throwing the ego out the door and not looking at the weight you are lifting but how your body is transitioning and how you feel. You should not be in pain from working out. You should feel good.

I bring a very strong work ethic mixed with a varied background. I don't see things the way many trainers do. I have very logical and precise way of doing things due to my day job and what I have gone through in my life.

Yes, I primarily only provide my services remotely.

I work remotely so there is no concern of Covid-19.

Services

Depending on your needs and experience I will create workouts for you to follow on a system that provides videos of each workout in case you are not familiar with the workout. Through the program you will be logging your workouts on I can keep track of your progress.

The workout programs will be 4 weeks in length. Sometimes the programs may remain consistent for 4 weeks, other times they will change every 2 weeks. I also want to know what is working and what is not working for you in terms of if anything hurts or feels uncomfortable so we can find an alternative or find out why it hurts. I will have you check in with me once every week and if you have any questions they will be answered within 24 hours.

For the diets I will take into consideration all your starting factors and goals to start you with a diet. I will work with you depending on if you have any dietary restrictions. The diets will require a way for you to measure your food and keep track of what you are eating. I can provide you with the foods to eat or give you a macro based diet with suggestions on what to eat. The diets will change every 2 weeks so I can monitor how it is working and if things need to change.
