Bruce did the photography of our home that we had on the market. I thought he’d come in and take a few pics with his cell phone but boy was I wrong. He showed up with several different cameras, tripods, lights and even a drone! He knew exactly when to take the outdoor shots (near sunset) to get the best shot of a warm, inviting home! Each room was painstakingly photographed to give the buyer a true sense of what our home looked like. And as an added bonus, Bruce took to the air and took drone photos of our property as well as the neighborhood! We were so pleased with the final product and our realtor was amazed! What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
For people, it is communication, and creating a relaxed, fun environment. For real estate, it's technique, technology and creativity.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
First, do you have an idea of what you want your photos to look like? Examples are a good start. If you do not really have an idea, I will prompt you with ideas and samples to help stimulate and direct your own ideas and creativity.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with people, getting to know them, and making friends.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been self-employed or owned my own business my entire career. My mother was my biggest inspiration to "go for it!"
Why should our clients choose you?
I will promise to give them more than what the want and expect, and will do what it takes to make them happy. To me, a service means that the service provider needs to "serve" the client. I think a lot of people have lost that perspective.

I can provide digital downloads for image files, as well as online ordering of prints and photo albums.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I will maintain 6 feet of distance from customers, wear masks during the job, wear gloves if required, and disinfect all surfaces touched during the job.
