We ordered from signature India for the first time Monday evening. They told us that the order would be ready in about 20 minutes from the time we called end it was ready and waiting for us when we picked it up. I ordered the chicken vindaloo and my wife a mixed vegetable korma. We also ordered a double order of onion naan. Rice was included with the two entrées.  The man who waited on us was very friendly and when he heard that this was our first time at signature India gave us a present of a lovely piece of lemon cake, mint chutney, and onion pakora.  Everything was excellent. I like things a bit spicier than my wife does and the two dishes were done correctly for our taste. The vindaloo was spicier than the korma, as we expected. Both had good depth of flavors and both were temperature-wise hot when we got home.The mint chutney was much more liquefied than I am used to but had good flavor. The onion naan was thin, chewy, and full of onions.We had enough food for two nights. We certainly will return again in the near future. More...

Absolutely yummy and finger-lickin-good food. A surprise find during my Missouri trip! I'm happy I got to eat some of the best South-Indian food I've eaten in a while. My review is not just based on one visit. Their food was so good that I ordered the very next day. Very homey food and spice levels are apt. I was especially mind-blown by the goat biryani. Became worst nowadays. No quality / taste maintained. More importantly they don't care about the spiciness that we mention. Nowadays biryani is too spicy that it literally burns inside. Wow. Â I've been trying to "visit" local independent restaurants during this stupid COVID mess, and I can't believe that it took me this much time and a darn pandemic for me to find Signature India. This place prepares absolutely FANTASTIC food, and managed to present it appealingly even packaged up for delivery. (Yeah, I'm really lazy and did DoorDash instead of picking up myself.) Â I ordered vegetable samosas (perfect combination of crispy and creamy and just enough spice), a lovely garlic naan, and a navaratan korma that was just absolutely gorgeous. Â I'm feeling proud of myself for having saved some of everything for lunch tomorrow. Â If you're a fan of Indian and are out here in West County, you need to try Signature India. I called in a take out order and the guy answering was helpful. There were many dishes I could not pronounce and needed explanation. He took his time and we orde=d several dishes  The whole meal was ready when we arrived 20 minutes later for pick up. Everything was warm and packaged well for the car ride.The garlic Naan and onion pakora started off well. The chicken Tikka Masala was smooth and for of spices. The chicken 65 was less spicy than expected but it may have been built up. Was not a fan of the pulugulu (sp) they were similar to hush puppies. Chicken biryani was great and all the sauces to go through everything. We didn't order desserts but only because I had no idea how great they would look. Amazing food! Great service. Will definitely be coming back!!! Every single person that was coming in for food was from India. So that says a lot. My 4 year old loved the tikka masala. I went here for the first time with a few friends and we had a fantastic experience! The naan was very warm and fresh and our server offered us more when we ran out. The service was excellent and we felt like the server genuinely cared about our experience. The samosas were the best I've ever eaten, and the entrees were wonderful! We got cake to go for dessert. It was very nice to have a bakery connected to the restaurant! I have never seen that at an Indian restaurant before. I love Indian food, my husband loves Thai, so every other time, I get my pick of where to eat. Â When I searched for eat-in Indian restaurants, I saw Signature Indian. Â It is probably 10 minutes by car from where we live. Â I found out it has been here for five years!!! Â Anyway, my husband loves curry so he ordered the Curry Chicken. I, on the hand, watch my calories so I chose a mildly spicy dish (without cream) Kadai Chicken. Â OMG we both LOVED what we ordered. Â My husband said it was the best Indian food he's ever eaten. Â Mine was also outstanding. Â We also ordered garlic naan and there were 8 pieces and so delicious. Â (I try very hard to avoid fats and carbs, but I couldn't resist - I had two pieces.) I rarely eat rice but we've never, ever had such light, fluffy rice, that we even took it home. Â Of course, we had leftovers of everything!!! Â The prices were typical of similar restaurants. Â BTW we asked for boneless chicken!! When checking out, the waiter let us choose two desserts, both complimentary since it was our first time there. Â We will definitely go back - and soon!! Please give this restaurant a try, especially now when restaurants are struggling to keep their businesses open. Â They also offer carry out and delivery. Â You won't be disappointed!! Wow, what a surprise find!  Wife and I were out shopping for a redbud tree and decided to grab some lunch, however our favorite Japanese place was closed so we walked in to a little place next door. Signature India was doing takeout only but the host saw we weren't really able to do takeout so they offered us a table.  We ordered a sampling of 6-7 dishes.  There were amazing and unique.  I will reorder the garlic butter naan, the Spicey Chile shrimp appetizer and the basmati rice for sure.  The  chicken Brianna rice was fantastic, lite and aromatic, unlike I have ever had before.The cake desserts were also light and tasty.We will definitely be back!
