Welcome to Signal Security and thanks for the opportunity to share our story! We are an international private security company and have been in business since 2003. Each location is locally owned and operated, state licensed, and insured.

Who we are
Jason Bourgeois is the local partner of Signal of Louisiana. He is a 12-year Military Police veteran of the US Marine Corps & US Air Force; additionally, he served two years with the US State Department providing personal protection to our country’s diplomats in Afghanistan. Jason started Signal in 2012 because he was ready to bring the level of service he provided our nation to his home state and beyond. Signal provided the perfect vehicle to match his skills with local talent, providing real solutions to real needs. Throughout the past six years operating his own local security company, Jason has fine-tuned his skill set and business model to provide an unparalleled level of accountability, transparency, and performance in property management security.

Joey Billiot is the local partner of Signal of Louisiana. Having served four years as a Marine Corps Infantryman, followed by nine years providing global security for various US Government agencies, Joey has now turned his focus to South Louisiana. Joey’s leadership skills have been tested and proven with as many as 400 people under his command at a given time, bringing his own strengths of organizational structure and communication. Since opening his business in 2015, Joey has demonstrated the capacity of turning around troubled properties in challenging communities, the results of which have been unprecedented from a private security company. Relationships are Joey’s biggest priority and his key to success.

Our company specializes in providing high-quality Courtesy Patrols to multi-family and student housing properties in our area, as well as HOAs, CPDs, and commercial properties.
