Signal 88 Security of Salem

So I'm a current employee of signal 88 and me and my wife drive from salem to portland for work. I have been doing security for a long time and even done different types of security but out of most companys I have worked for this is one of the better companies. Every job has its issues at times and no one is perfect but biggest things is we are all a team and trying our hardest to take care of everyone including all the officers and managers and also our clients. I have been with this company for quite awhile and seen people come and go but biggest things we mainly expect people to show up for there shifts and do their jobs which is not much to ask. But we are always improving and that's what it is important. It's a brand new year and there are great things to come this year. We are one big family and communication isnt always there but overall when there's a issue everything works itself out. Shouting out to Chris, David, Jeremy that last year may have been rough but this new year to build this company up and we have a good good staff and always looking for hardworking and upbeat people. Times may get frustrating but it all works out in the end. Thank you for being different than other companies I have worked for and thanks for everyone that has been there for each other. Change is consent and as new officers come in welcoming this year a lot new people including Robert and Hunter and Joey to patrol and also Deaundra as Assistant Operations Manager and than to all the new officers at the dedicated sites. I am an assistant manager in Portland Oregon and we use Signal 88 security. They have an employee that we love his name is Jeremy and he gets the job done every time. He is punctual, respectful and loves his job. Anytime we have any problem he is there and ready to handle the situation.
