The first day I went into the office I noticed they were in a slight transition. The whole process for me was very easy and quick. I have been with them for a few weeks now and my schedule is consistent and they treat me good. I heard a few stories but so far I haven’t had any issues! This is over all the best company i have ever worked for. They always try to have your back when ever you need it. Brook and Sid are amazing great at communications. Mark is like the over protective dad and is really one of my go to guys. There is always room for improvement. But i do see so much improvement with in the company and most if not all i have talked to always have good things to say. My experiences working with Signal 88 have been great, reports are emailed, clearly detailed, accompanying photos are clear and when needed I am able to quickly speak with either dispatch or our acct manager to get resolution on anything that comes up.

We use Signal 88 for a multi family community in Dallas. They are responsive to all resident and office concerns. When ever we need them to make any changes, they are always willing to assist us and always ask what they can do to better manage the community. As long as you stay in communication with them and let them know your requirements, they will get the job done. We appreciate them and their efforts everyday. I have never had an issue with contacting Brook and making sure we are on the same page. She is professional and personable. SIGNAL 88 SECURITY is one of the best companies that I have worked for. I have been working for this company since 2/2017. I have nothing bad to say about this company. They always treated me with respect. Brooks door has always been open to talk about whatever issues you have. Mrs. Carol is like the grandmother of the company. I think she is sweet as apple pie. She is always on top of her game when it comes to getting paid. Last mount we got new leaders (Shane And Sid) they seem to be leading us in the right direction. Shane seems to be a man of his word. Sid is always trying to make your hits better and try to ease your work load. That way you can spend more time on customer service. As for the people giving bad reviews... MY MOTHER ALWAYS TOLD ME. Signal 88 is a great resource for any community looking to add, or improve, security. We have used them at our off-campus student housing community since July of 2017 and they have only gotten better with time. They provide detailed reports daily with what occurred on their patrols and provide images to back-up their report. These reports are time-stamped and requires their security personnel to check-in at designated locations via GPS tracking. If there is ever a problem with reporting or services being provided by the on-site security personnel, a simple email to their Client Services Director, Brooke C. will resolve the complaint immediately.
