We absolutely loved working with Rick! We got engaged in 2019, went to a wedding fair and we met Rick! He was the absolute sweetest, we just knew he would be a wonderful candidate to plan our 2020 wedding! We had originally planned to get married at Inner Sanctum Cellars in Sonora in 2020, but unfortunately we had to postpone because of covid. Rick, Pete and Karen at Inner Sanctum worked with us, made everything smooth, and we were able to postpone our wedding for 2021! We wish we could get married all over again! The wedding turned out so beautiful, the venue was absolutely gorgeous!! We definitely recommend Rick's services, and will be hiring Rick for more events to come! More...

What’s your signature dish?
We have so many to choose from! We prepare amazing dishes from Southern BBQ to Prime Rib dinners. Our Executive Chef will customize an amazing menu just for you and your guests.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Menu development is a team effort between the clients preferences and selections, myself and our Executive Chef.
Once a rough draft has been designed we schedule a private tasting and wine pairing to discuss customizations and solidify the menu.
What do you love most about your job?
I love over delivering on the clients expectations. I love the continuous interaction between my clients snd their guests and I love making their dream day a reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As the Co-owner of Sierra Celebrations and as a Certified Wedding Planner (Wedding MBA) and WSET ll certified Sommelier I have developed my natural creative flair and design experience to plan, coordinate and execute special events at venues from casinos to wineries and everywhere in between!
I have been fortunate to develop the trust needed to build solid professional alliances that make Sierra Celebrations the obvious choice to plan weddings and events of all types.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Everyone involved with our events are fully vaccinated and mask friendly. Additionally we communicate with every client to discuss their expectations. Our team members adjust Covid-19 protocol to meet the clients requirements.
