We cannot express how amazing adam and his team were. From the initial meet and greet he knew exactly what we wanted, from food, to rentals, to venue decor ideas.
The time up to the wedding his attention spent on us was fab. Communication was top notch.
Day of the wedding, he took control and sorted out any issues that arose, making sure that it was stress free. Nothing was too much, above and beyond.
The compliments on the food was recieved by all guests, especially the fish and chips, hector was able to come up with an easy yet amazing buffet.
Sidecar staff were amazing....
I could write an essay on how wonderful sidecar kitchen is. I wish we could have another event so we could work together again hah
Thankyou from the bottom of our full hearts

Adam and Sidecar kitchen were the best! From the beginning to the end, Adam was so patient with all the requests we had and always accommodated our requests. We had a few revisions of the proposal, and Adam always responded to me timely. The food was high quality and the service was wonderful. My guests really enjoyed the foodtruck idea at our wedding! I would definitely recommend Sidecar to anyone! More...

We had our wedding at park with historical buildings and NO KITCHEN (ok, refrigeration but no flames or heating elements allowed). We loved the park and it was available but I had a culinary vision of tapas versions of some of our favorite foods. (I'm extra...I know.) The cake was from 'We take the cake', also wonderful. I told their wedding cake specialist about our situation and she immediately recommended Adam Irvin and Sidecar Kitchen. Other caterers looked at my ideas and tried to push their standard dishes, especially without a Kitchen... Adam took it all in stride and help us create a multi-course tapas menu that was truly unforgettable for us and our guests. They handled everything, set up and break down. It was like a dream. When I got to the venue the day of the wedding, it was so beautiful that I told Adam he was a miracle worker. At the end of the night we had Chef Hector come into the celebration so that all the guests could applaud his creations. We hired Sidecar Kitchen for our wedding and couldn't be any happier! We had an outdoor wedding with a rustic chic theme. We wanted a food truck and their food selection stood out from everyone else's . Adam was super personable, and worked with us to customize the menu down to the dish names! They made the entire experience super fun and stress free, not to mention the food was delicious! Our guests loved it! Would recommend any time :) More...

I recently attended an event down in Florida where Sidecar Kitchen was the caterer. I've planned tons of events in NYC (where I live) over the years and was super impressed by the quality of Sidecar's food, and the service. They clearly care about the presentation in addition to the flavor of the food, and I always appreciate a good eye for detail! More...

Was on the hunt for a food truck to cater for our wedding and came across Sidecar Kitchen. Never actually trying them out before, I asked to have a tasting and Sidecar was more than happy to let us try a few things. We picked about 5 things off of the menu that we were thinking about serving at the wedding and Adam brought out a couple of extra dishes to try. You had to roll us out by the time the tasting was over. After the meeting was over, there was no way that we could've gone with anybody else. ... Here is the menu we ended up with for the wedding:-Mango Scotch Bonnet glazed conch fritters served with tostones-Sriracha lime wings-Philly cheesesteak empanadas-Lomo Saltada (beef,carrots,peppers,onions)-Southern vegetable fried riceA must try! Huge catering menu. ...from American, to Asian, Â and Latin. .. with an option to mix and match dishes. Big portions and flavorful dishes. Chef Hector does a great job with the dishes and Adam was such a pleasure to work with. Professional, very responsive, super friendly and great communication... made everything so easy. I was very happy with the easy communication and the food was a total hit. I highly recommend hiring these guys for your next event! More...

Had the pleasure of trying Sidecar Kitchens fare on Halloween at Funky Buddha's BOOdah Halloween party. They had limited menu items that night; not sure if they just sold out of stuff or just kept it simple for the large crowd that evening. Everything on their menu sounded awesome. As we were waiting to order another patron received their order of fried calamari that looked amazing but I was really hungry so I chose the Sidecar Cuban. Holy wow guys! The tostones instead of the bread is an absolute GENIUS idea! It was so crispy and went so well with the whole idea of a Cuban sandwich. Literally the best of both worlds. The pulled pork inside was also delicious and really flavorful. I thought it would be way more messy to eat but everything that fell out of the sandwich landed on their delicious garlic Parmesan fries that was served with it. I'm a total fan of food trucks in general and think it's great what these guys can pull off on a limited kitchen. I would definitely recommend a try if you see them out at any events. Hoping the next time I come across them they'll have something new and interesting. More...

They have a Cuban Sandwich with tostones in place of bread! Need I say more?If I wanted to go on, I could say that they had a creative menu with plenty of interesting options, that there was quick, friendly service, that it was reasonably priced, and that the pork on my Cuban Sandwich (often the weak point of other Cuban Sandwiches around) was perfectly juicy and mojo-y. But, really, if you're like me, all you need to know is that they make a Cuban Sandwich with tostones in place of bread. Awesome. More...
