I have always loved Shu Brew. And now with their new location open as of a few days ago I think I love them even more. The new place is directly across the street from the old place (site of the former Spring Street Cafe) and is a MUCH larger space with a bigger kitchen. I had only been to Shu Brew in the past for drinks or lunch, and today was my first Sunday Brunch and it did not disappoint. I started with a Shoots Like Girl Pixalated IPA, had biscuits with chorizo sausage gravy & eggs up and then a very spicy Bloody Mary. Love the food but the alcohol is just ok. I am still giving 5 stars because their "bowls" are out of this world good. To be fair I am not a microbrew type of guy so maybe that's why I wasn't in love with the beer. Regardless still go here for the food on the regular More...

I would say 3.75. I love that it's local and the folks are very friendly. Downside is tiny restaurant, but that's changing very soon as they are moving across the street. Another downside is a limited menu, but I get it because of size of the place and limited kitchen space. I did have a burger tonight. It was ok, much thinner than the lay time I had it. It's half beef and half bacon so it has a strong but good bacon flavor. Patty was extremely thin, half of what it was last time. As such the patty was a little too well done for me. Mac and cheese was ok, normally better. Tonight it was a bit dry and hard.  My wife had the fried rice and said it was good but a little overpowering with too many flavors going on because of all the ingredients. Nice size serving.Folks that own it seem very nice and the staff is super nice as well. Beer is decent but has gone up some in price with average cost of $7 a draft. More...

We went here after attending the German Market in Harmony.  We found this place to be the only one around taking reservations for 5 people on a busy Saturday night. We were in luck, they had a big table in back.Everyone liked the beer, we got the Kolsch. Hubby liked it so much he took a 6 pack home. The mixed drink menu looked interesting.  Next time I'm definitely ordered off that menu.Everyone  in our party raved about the food. Pizza is hard to mess up, but my family all loved it. Also liked the shmac with bacon added. I got the Burgatron half bacon/half beef burger.  I'm glad it was on the small side because I ate it all!Only down side is the place is cramped and noisy.  We sat literally in the bathroom door. Seriously delish. Very unique menu. Cool atmosphere. Good service. My husband and I shared the pork nachos and the pork belly rice bowl. So good. When we looked around, everyone else's food looked very good as well. The tacos looked good (on special) and the ramen bowl looked like something you would see on the travel channel (authentic). First time at this brew house and restaurant. Got there in between menus so choices were limited. They had a couple pet friendly tables outside.  The inside is small only a few tables and a nice sized bar. Got a flight to taste the beer. Not a fan of the cloudy beer (Tastes more old juice) . My husband enjoyed the Octoberfest and I the Jungle Boot IPA. They also had local wines and other drink choices.  We ended up getting pizza to eat. Excellent choice.  It was amazing! If there was a complaint and this is reaching.  The manager has a meeting in front of the customers. Which I found unprofessional and the service was just okay.  But it was a nice place with good food and nice beer choices. Will definitely go back. More...

Love their beers...my favorite Shupacabra (Mexican)...not too pale...great tasting. They have 2 tables outside...nice to sit outside. ..town traffic rather quiet. I had the Strawberry salad...they pickle the strawberries.. so fresh with greens and goat cheese. Loved it...recommend. More...

Great great did I mention great beers!? Two locations to choose from, on is the brewery which is basically a garage and totally laid back, the other is an intimate bar location that also serves a small yet variety of foods to satisfy your hunger. The pizza is tasty and their beer is fantastic, and service is attentive and friendly. Definitely worth drive from the city if that's a concern for anyone.
