This is how the entire process works after you purchase the essential package:
1) Log into your customer portal & do the following
- Upload pictures and/or videos of the yard area.
- Write notes on anything you want to inform your designer about.
- Schedule your phone design consultation appointment
2) You will have your design phone consultation call to go over your project.
3) After your phone consultation, our designer will work on your project and then will send you the completed 3D design in 15 days.
