Not only did our travel agent Stephanie scour all possible weeks and locations to find the perfect trip in our budget, but when we found out our flight coming home was delayed only hours before boarding, she managed to get us rerouted AND on first class seats before we even reached the ticket booth at the airport! She’s traveled to many places so she knows all the ins and outs and good tours to put you on. We did rome and the amalfi coast and it was anabolaite dream, we want to go back already! I have booked through this agency twice. The first time was with Stephanie for a Disneyworld vacation and a getaway in Mexico. The second was with Elena, who helped me find great prices for my trip to Albania. They were both professional and quick to respond to all of my concerns. Stephanie is really helpful in finding good deals for flights and nearby local activities. She also gave great suggestions about the type of resorts to consider when booking my vacation depending on whether I was going with family or friends. It was very easy to talk to her. Elena and the rest of the staff at Ship to Shore Travel were amazing when it came to booking my honeymoon. They actually booked two honeymoons for us seeing as we were originally booked Costa Rica along with tours right before Zika spread everywhere. Elena then helped us cancel everything and re book a new honeymoon. She fight like crazy for us to get our money back and in the end we only lost out on $50.
