Shift/Co has been very important in my development as a business owner. I appreciate that the structure meets me where I am at, rather than forcing me into a program that is not the right fit. "Growing your business" usually focuses exclusively on increasing revenue. While Shift/Co provides resources for this, "grow your impact" is a second and just as vital focus. The ROI for my Shift/Co monthly membership is huge. I have access to a vast learning library, cohort groups, a dedicated mentor, and a coach for the phase of development I am in. What I love most about being Founder and CEO of Shift/Co is that I get to grow businesses and leaders who make the world better.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been an entrepreneur since 9/12/2002 (I quit my job after Sept 11th and started my first business!)
September 11th taught me that if life could be cut short in a single act of violence then I needed to face my fears and do what made my heart sing.
Since then, I have launched, owned, sold, rebranded or turned around more than 50 brands and now serve as a well-known advisor to leaders seeking to accelerate growth.
It's not what I do that matters; it's how I do it. Every client we serve, receives tireless passion, purposeful expertise and authentic servant leadership.
