I would absolutely recommend SOK. Walking into this salon the atmosphere is uplifting. Greeted with a beautiful smile by pebble's and her energy is so contiguous and just makes you want to smile and be happy. SOK salon is not just about doing your hair its also about providing you with the best experience while also educating you about your specific hair and what to do so you can achieve the goals you want for your hair. I had the privilege of meeting Ms. Pebbles and what an education was I given on my hair. She took her time with my hair and educated me on what my hair needed. She even added color that just brightened up my hair. I also fell in love with her natural hair products. I am so excited to have a black hair salon on the east side of Orlando with the talent to do all types of hair, body waxes, place to get your nails done, body massages and some awesomrific hair geniuses. Oh yes. Had my haircut done today by Ms. Pebbles. What a wonderful job. I have very thin hair. Took a picture in what I thought would look good. And she did a Awesome Job. My Newfound Hair Home. I've passed by this salon dozens of times since my husband and I live in the area. Today I happened to be off and couldn't help but notice my hair needed a lot of love. Called to see if they take walk-ins. They do. Pebbles cut my hair. She was a-m-a-z-i-n-g. She was very attentive to what I was looking for and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. I love this place because: 1. It's close by. 2. They do hair, nails, facials, waxes, etc. 3. It's operated by a lady with a great staff! 4. They offer classes. 5. They're non-profit. 6.
