Q&As

I take it back to basics. The fitness world is full of flashy exercises, huge promises of quick results and conflicting information. In reality, the key is consistency. It’s not sexy, or fast, but it’s sustainable and I love showing my clients it really can be that simple.

I love helping women gain confidence lifting and using weights. Whether that’s in a gym or at home, weights get be intimidating. We deserve to feel comfortable and confident with weights!

A combination of being a mom and my husband. My husband is very entrepreneurial. We opened a gym in 2019 and we have kept it alive because of him. I was content working in corporate fitness, working for someone else, but he really pushed me to grow beyond that. Also, having my daughter gave me the motivation to find a way to be with her and still work my dream job. Having the flexibility of my own business allows me to do that!

Because of my truly sparkling personality… ;) Honestly, I’ve been doing this for almost a decade and have trained literally hundreds of people from all walks of life. I’ve had a lot of opportunity and time to grow and learn how to do what I do very well. I think especially with other women, even more so other moms, i know too what it’s like to be in your position (to an extent of course). I think these commonalities help me better communicate with and serve my clients!

Yes! I use a coaching program called PTDistinction for all clients (remote and in person). It allows me to creat personalized programming that is easy for clients to use and follow with descriptions and video demonstrations.
