They were so nice and considerate, even in the midst of the pandemic able to help me and my family with what we needed. I honestly had never hired someone like this nevermind across the country. Initially 4 or 5 different professionals were recommended to me and my request for service was sent to all of them. I received 2 responses - one from Mr. Reichman & t he other from his partner Mr. McCausey and they came minutes after submitting my request. One week later, I see my request was not even viewed by a few. I ended up speaking with Sam Reichman who was first to respond. I hired him and received the info I wanted that same night . I could tell that Sam sensed that I was distressed about my situation and he could not have been nicer and it was obvious he was very sincere and he even offered more help at no additional charge if I still needed more information . They decided to help me look for a missing person with little information from my end. Very patient, answered all my questions. Didn’t charge anything for their time. Even though they took the time to look. But unfortunately they can only do so much. Unlike other Private Investigators, they won’t charge until they believe they have found the right person.
