It is a rare opportunity to find and be taught by a genuine Shaolin Master Shifu Guolin, traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, Qigong & Tai Chi. Shaolin training by Master Guolin, -who is a real & powerful kung fu & qigong master- has definitely strengthened my body, naturally re-adjusted my spine and improved mind-focus.
