Absolutely amazing pedicure! My sister flew in from Atlanta GA for a sister day and I surprised her with a spa pedicure. So relaxing! Amazing massage! The whole service was very pampering!! The atmosphere and decor are very luxurious. I was 10 min late and the owner was very accommodating and still took our appointments and did a very thorough service! She and her coworker were both a delight to talk too. I've been a professional in the beauty industry for 11 years and was very impressed with the sanitation and cleanliness of this salon. I just started using this salon in the last several months and been consistently going every two weeks. Vi and the staff have been fantastic! I always seem to have a very enjoyable conversation with all of them and other patrons during my service. I was skeptical since it was my first time here but pleasantly surprised. I got my first dip powder manicure and Khoi couldn't have done a better job, i could tell he really cared and took his time, made sure everything was exactly how i wanted it for example, checking to make sure the file/shape was good before painting began. I have gone to Shangri La Nails twice now and both have been fantastic experiences. Vienna and Khoi have both done exceptional work on my nails. Vienna and her team are so funny and nice and willing to do anything that will help you have the best experience possible. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming.
