Seymour's is a local place but it's just alright in my opinion. When looking for a place to get food and there is nowhere else to go, Seymour' s is a good option. By no means is Seymour's bad, it's just average. They offer a huge menu selection that has plenty of trendy foods as well including poké and açaà bowls. The reason why I didn't give 3 stars is because for what it is, it's very pricey. It's not expensive per se but I don't want to spend $10 on a smoothie when I could go to an actual smoothie place and pay less. If the prices were on par with similar items at other places then I guess it will be alright. Totally awesome cafe! Came in from out of town with a group of guys to restore electricity after the recent tropical storm and we came across Seymour’s Café. They were extremely happy to accommodate us. Their food is the freshest, best tasting food around! Their menu is extensive and well rounded! Highly recommended They offer healthy options, breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. Everything is fresh and home made. We were all very excited for breakfast every morning and looked forward to the trip into Livingston just to eat! Awesome!! More...

This place is amazing! I placed a last minute and fairly large order to be sent to St. Barnabas Hospital for my sister and her co-workers and they put together an awesome assortment of wraps with deli meats, chicken and veggies and salads for them including the plates, napkins and utensils. Given the state of the world we’re living in, it was tough to find a place that would be able to get this order together in time and also be capable of delivering to the hospital. It looked amazing and I was told the food was fresh and great! I spoke directly with the owner for this order and he made sure everything was taken care of and kept me up to date when the delivery was made. I came here for brunch with a friend on a Friday morning and there was still a decent amount of people but we were still able to get seated with no wait. However, service was slow and it was a little challenging getting the waiter's attention. I like how the interior was clean and simple but a little cramped.I got the country scrambled platter. The eggs were cooked well and the potatoes were crispy on the outside and still fluffy on the inside. The dish overall was a little under-seasoned. However, I was able to add salt and pepper from the side of the table to adjust to my liking. This was a very filling dish so I had some leftovers. Great food with a great menu! I got the Pesto Panini, but they have a wide selection of food available, and I want to try more of it. Seems like a great place for breakfast or lunch.Giving them 4 instead of 5 stars because they gave me the wrong side, and when I asked for a water and a coffee, they only brought me thr coffee. so i came here with my friend on saturday for lunch and my sister on sunday for brunch. parking was a bit hard because the parking lot is not the lot right next to it but the one next to that one (there' s a white poster so make sure you turn in the right lot or else you'll have to go all the way around to get to the lot). the wait time to be seated was about 10 minutes (since it's the weekend). once seated, they bring water to you quickly but it takes about 10 minutes for them to come to take your order and about 20 minutes for your order to come. Depending on how busy it is and who your server is , they may or may not come to refill your water (even if you ask for it to be refilled). Normally a wait, cramped space and poor parking like this will make me dislike a place, but I genuinely loved their food that it makes up for it. Both times i got the nutella stuffed french toast that comes with strawberries and banana because it's THAT good - it's crunchy/crispy but soft , not too sweet - omg i just had it two days in a row but i want it everyday. My friend got a tuna melt and my sister got the omelette and both of them loved their meal as well. The wait and parking situation is worth it. trust me. More...

I LOVED THE PLACE. I had Avocado toast with poached eggs and hummus. Customer service was outstanding, food was excellent. I liked that They let me add hummus to my toast, not a lot of places allow to make that kind of modifications.I have to be back for the Protein Waffles... So healthy and delicious. More...
