Went to lunch with my sister today. I was pleasantly impressed.😊 I had chicken tacos, fries and coleslaw. Sister had philly cheese steak. Great staff . Brandon was very social with us and great server. Food was great . Decent prices. Cool atmosphere. Will be back with family when they come up to visit. A little Axe throwing also in the near future! While trying to clear up the understanding of the Military discount the Manager was absolutely rude as heck! All I asked was what’s the standard Military discount, because from my understanding it was more than what we received. I was very nice, and just asked a question. In return I was talked to very harshly! I in no way feel entitled to any discount & I’m very upset that I was spoken to so rudely for asking a simple question. Who do I talk to about such a rude employee when it’s management that was so rude? More...

Well we called ahead... Got there to pick up.. Could not find our order and was told that they were pulling it out of the oven. . Paid for it then the little girl came back and she was sorry but our food was not ready that it would be another 20 minutes... We went to our car to wait went back in after 25 minutes.... GUESS WHAT... the food was still not ready!!!! It has not even been prepared to start to cook...the icing on the cake was when they refunded my money she told me that she never got her tip.. And I had given it to her in CASH... I think you she may have needed it worse than me.... So we will NOT be going back, and I would suggest that if you want to try that place be prepared to not get your food and to give money away... And I have never given anybody a bad review but this just pushed me over the edge! More...

No. I don’t recommend this place. Now that tourist season is here, they have raised the price of some entrees by as much as $5 per meal & reduced the portion by as much as half. These meals were already $12 for many or more. For those of us in Sevierville, this means no regular customer for you. 😾😾😾😾 I wish I had taken a photo of what you charged $16.50 for. Shameful and ridiculous. I know how to figure food costs. Shameful!!!!
