Amazing!!! Emilia is awesome and I will go back as soon as my 4 weeks have elapsed for For a second treatment . I can’t use the numbing cream because I have an allergic reaction so I never use it for any treatment that requires it therefore I had the treatment without it and Emilia did an awesome job ! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and took her time. The rest of the staff were lovely, very helpful, and pleasant- I received a call prior to my appointment to go over my medical history, I also got an email and a text as a reminder. I've been going to Setiba Group for laser hair removal this past year and have had a wonderful experience. I've been to many medical spas before, and I have never encountered anyone as spectacular as Rommell. Rommell makes you feel immediately at ease and is incredibly friendly and professional. This place is absolutely wonderful and the people are lovely. I went in for a tattoo removal and not only have my results so far been excellent but the customer service here is superb and the facility itself is clean and beautiful. On top of that, I accidentally left my ID there after one of my appointments and the women at the front desk promptly called me to let me know and then offered to mail it to my house so I would not have to drive all the way back to get it and I received it in the mail 2 days later. Just a wonderful example of going above and beyond to accommodate your customers and this is the kind of place I want to continue going to time and time again. Let me start of by saying how gorgeous this new state of the art Medical Spa location is! Located in prime Westlake Village area. The team of Doctor's & Staff are all amazing and so caring. I've referred many family and friends and all have thanked me on numerous occasions for turning them on to Setiba Group. I've had different services with Ana and Bita so far and been extremely happy with them and their excellent work. My skin really was glowing after the vampire facial! I'm lookin into the VIP monthly membership club next so I can come in once a month and take advantage of using their services once a month included is massages which uis amazing to have once a month.
