What’s your interior design process?
All services start the start with a phone consultation for introductions and to get a scope of the project. The next step is to set up the Virtual ($75) or in person Design Consultation ($125), where designers meet with the client in the space they want to transform, find out their goals, budget, and desires for the project. From there the designer comes up with a design plan from concept to completion. Design services are quoted according to the job scope and type.
These design services include developing a design plan, shopping list, finish selections, color palette selection, ordering and overseeing installations, etc.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After graduating from Purdue University in Interior Design, I worked in the Barrington, IL area at a design firm. Since 2002 I have been helping my clients transform their spaces so it reflects their style. The home staging has taken off as I have worked with many area Realtors to help their clients prepare their homes for sale.
