There may be nothing more daunting then finding that perfect place to get married. Should it be indoors or out? In a hotel, at a chapel, or maybe on the beach? Do we want to hire caterers, djs, and music or do we want the venue to provide them? Do we have a marriage officiant or will the venue have one? Is the venue near lodging for our family? Is the date we want available? Are they within our budget? There are so many questions to answer when it comes to your perfect venue. No worries. I am here to help. I will work closely with you to answer all these questions and more. Then I will get to work. I will help you locate the best locations that have everything you need. You and you spouse can visit the top places I found and determine if any of them are exactly what you are looking for. When you are completely satisfied then, and only then, will my job be done. Quotes for my services do vary. If you are only looking for a wedding venue and they provide everything you need (dj, food and drink, etc.) then it is only $30 per hour for my services with a cap at $800 max out of pocket. If you need me to find a venue and help you find a dj, baker, caterer etc to have at the venue (cause the venue doesn't provide it) then we would move to the wedding planning quote. When it comes down to your wedding day one of the most important people you should have on-site is your wedding coordinator. They will come on site a day or two early and come up with a game plan for your wedding. They will figure out where the dj will set up, where the food will go, do all of the decorating, set up the day of your wedding, take down after the wedding, work with all the vendors during your wedding, and are also there to help you with the wedding rehearsal. The nice thing about having a on-site coordinator is that it leaves yourself and you guests to just have fun and enjoy the day while the coordinator takes care of any issues that arises. As you may have seen I am based out of Oregon. How can I help you if you live out of state? If chosen I will ask for a small travel fee. This will never go above $800. I will pay the difference in cost to get there. This allows me to be on-site a few days early and during your wedding. This price will be added to the quote for on-site coordination. On-site coordination starts at $1,200. This price can vary depending on how many quests you have at your wedding and how many months out your wedding is planned. If you are planning a wedding within a few months of hiring me the price will go significantly up due to the short notice. If you have hundreds of people the price will go up due to the extra work that will need to be done.
