Was a random stop after a ball game. Definitely worth it , was sooo yummy. ordered the nachos and fries. All great flavor and a very nice serving of everything! I'd recommend both for sure!

The puffy nachos are to die for. The chips are perfectly cooked with the right amount of crispness but still a bit soft in the middle for just an amazing texture compliment. The salsa had to be homemade, no store bought salsa is that good. Great meat with just the right amount of seasoning. The queso is the best! You should jar it and sell it. They are very friendly and fast even when busy. You must find Queso Kitchen and give it a try! More...

Finally got to try this food truck and was not disappointed at all. Got the burger and fries and it was DELICIOUS! Went last night and had been looking forward to it all day. Between waiting in line to order and waiting on our food, we were there for over an hour and a half (only 2 of us). It was hot and they were parked where there was no shade while waiting. They repeatedly served people who ordered after us. And to top it off, the food wasn’t good and made me sick! Had to run to the bathroom almost immediately and it has continued into today. If this was my first food truck experience, I would be totally turned off. We set up the Queso food truck for my friends daughters graduation party June 13th. The party was 3-5. We got a call at 2:15pm that the truck was not working. They didn’t have anything ready to bring. We were left with an offer to try to get some food from another business but being that the party was so far away and they hadn’t even started preparing anything it would not make it there in time. They were not apologetic at all and didn’t return our deposit. I was embarrassed to go to the party although my friend said things would be ok with what they had. We had also rented a Mac n cheese truck from them as well for my daughters party and that got cancelled the week before the queso saying they had parted ways with the Mac n cheese truck owner. We had Queso Kitchen at our granddaughter graduation party , let me say that was the best decision we could have ever made , it was some of the freshest and best tasting food I’ve had in a long time , Jax and Andrew were professional and courteous, the food was made quick and was delicious, we highly recommend them for your next event.

This is hands down the worst food truck and it was a terrible experience. First he had his kids which were probably 10 years or younger working or babysitting them that to me is a big NO NO when you are trying to feed a big amount of people and first impression is important. Also I don’t think these kids he had with them understand about about sanitation because they were using their hands to assemble and make tacos with instead of using utensils. They didn’t give me my order I requested I wanted quesadilla I even paid for it. Instead they gave me the tacos instead, the tortillas weren’t cooked all the way the meat was runny watery taste was bland avacado was runny not to mention they over charged me for the tacos instead of giving me back the difference for the quesadillas they still charged me it anyways the wait time 30+ minutes and I’m the only customer that was my only visit never again!!
