Buffet Catering Service
This catering service is where all the food is located in one area. The guests take turns walking along the buffet line and serve themselves or you may hire additional wait staff to serve the buffet line.

Plated Catering Service
This is a more formal and classy service there are no lines or long waits. This service the guest is offered an appetizer, an entrée, and a dessert. All meals are pre-select prior to event, and everyone is served at the same time.

Family-Style Catering Service
This service is a mash up between buffet and plated catering styles! This is more for the smaller inmate gathering, our wait staff will bring out the large platters of food from the kitchen to the center of each table and the attendees around the table can then help themselves.

Butlered Hors D’oeuvres Service
This too is a formal way of serving food. The servers walk around with trays of finger foods while the guest can choose for themselves what they want from which trays. This a great way for our staff and the guests to mingle around the venue.

Food Stations
This serving style can be consider similar to a buffet style, they tend to offer a large variety of food and beverages. But with this style the food stations are set up in a way that each individual table has its own food or drink option.

Stationary platters
With this service we bring platters of finger foods for guest to serve themselves.
