We are full service fabricator and installer of natural stone slab and quartz surfaces for residential and commercial sites. We also provide the tile installation, sell sinks and faucets. We specialized in granite and marble countertops, fireplaces, tub surrounds, outside BBQ's and living areas.

Keith and Serranos are unprofessional and not dependable. He gave me a quote for quartz countertops installation that was higher than other fabricators but I decided to accept it based on positive reviews. He didn't like the idea I wanted to buy slabs from Arista Stones, saying "they are not responsible when their materials are defective". When I insisted because I liked the slab, he asked me to change my Sales Rep from the one I worked with to one he preferred. He said that my rep "just got fired". As I heard none of these were true. I talked to a new rep, I bought a new sink and a faucet and, took a day off at work and was ready for templating. A day before, Keith just texted me, he was not going to do the project, without providing a reason. I would recommend to stay away. More...

Keith and his team were awesome! They communicated and followed through very well with everything! Keith worked with us when we couldn't find a slab we wanted at the first showroom, and recommended a few other places. Once we found the perfect slabs he got us on a wait list for them ASAP and followed up with the showroom to get the slabs the moment they became available. After install there was a small issue with the countertop and his team fixed it the very next day. Everyone on his team was professional and demonstrated that they know their job well. Throughout the entire process Keith was just a text away. I was not looking forward to the process of getting new counters, but Serrano's Surfaces made it so easy. Great team of professionals. Helped my family with the installation of our kitchen counter tops. Fast and efficient. This guys came to work and knew what they were doing, there was no garbage or dust to be found ij the house after the work was done.
