I have been getting Botox and facials for over 20 years, and this was hands down the best experience!Sheilah is a true artist in the world of beauty and this is the best botox service I have had in over 10 years! I decided to get a perm hoping for the best but decently worried it would come out bad and I wouldn't get it again. However, I had the pleasure of having Shannon as my hair specialist and she absolutely killed it. She is a perfectionist and doesn't settle until the customer is fully happy with their haircut and is always willing to accept feedback. I can’t say enough about Serenity Springs. Shannon has transformed my hair into something wonderful. I get compliments every time I’m out about the color. Sheila made amazing recommendations for my skin care routine that have made such a difference, and even gave me samples to try before I committed. I recently asked about their brand new service for fillers. It’s something I’ve been considering as I approach 50. I went for it and Shannon addressed my fine lip lines as well as a correcting a lip scar that I’ve had since I was 12. I had very little swelling and no discomfort after and my lips look full and natural. Bonus - it’s always hysterical in the salon and I feel like I’m part of the family at every appointment.
