Emily Carr is the absolute best. I’ve been getting deep tissue massages from her for about a year and a half now. Within a few months of regular massage I was able to stop taking migraine medication and I haven’t had a migraine since. Emily is great at knowing what your body needs and always communicates what she thinks is best in a professional yet caring manner. She has so much knowledge and even gives you ideas for stretches to do at home. If you struggle with migraines like I did give deep tissue therapy a try. So I moved here 3-1/2 years ago from oakbrook Illinois. Where massages were done every 4 weeks and facials every 5. I looked all over to find a place out here to make mine. For 3 years I went back “home” for these services. Then one day I drove by and decided to give serenity a try. I’ve had both massage specialist - am able to book my appointments out. They make their recommendations as to what my body is saying n they are absolutely wonderful. For Christmas I purchased a gift certificate for a friend of mine who also relocated from Illinois and was trying to find the services she too had in Illinois. She absolutely loves it there.
