How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
With the fast paced lifestyle so many of us live today, we are too well familiar with the toll stress can take on our well-being; physically, mentally and spiritually. We are constantly being bombarded with processed, toxic foods, we are over exposed to digital media, sleep deprived, vitamin and mineral deficient and the list goes on. I want you to know, that you are not alone in the struggle with these issues. Serenity Rose Massage & Wellness was inspired by a vision of being a lighthouse to our community. What do you love most about your job?
I'm so blessed to operate a business where the team members are happy to be at work, everyone is supportive of each other and feel appreciated by management. It fills me with joy to hear testimony after testimony of clients being released from chronic pain, healing from injuries, being supported through traumatic life events. It's gratifying to see where ever Serenity Rose Massage & Wellness is listed has a 5 star rating. Our is biggest accomplishment is knowing that we improve the lives and well-being of the people in the communities we serve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my career as a massage therapist with a sincere desire to improve the well being of everyone I laid my hands on. That desire grow with a vision of creating a multi practitioner holistic wellness center to help others heal and deal with the challenges of life. This vision was fuel by witnessing transformation after transformation of clients who had limited mobility then being able to be active and enjoy being in their body, witnessing depressed clients stuck in a cycle of unhealthy choices being able to get rid of pain and finding hope to turn their lives around, the excitement of grandparents sharing how they were able to play with their grandchildren for the first time without pain. And of course my own healing journey and growth filled me with compassion and empathy to serve others and see the vision through to reality.

Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, therapeutic massage treatment. The massage uses light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph and reduce swelling and toxins in your body.
Manual Lymphatic drainage or MLD is often used for relief of arthritis, orthopedic injuries, cosmetic surgery, knee or hip surgery, systemic sclerosis, chronic venous insufficiency, and swelling and fatigue associated with menopause.
