There is no words to explain their new stylist from NY Robert's talent, charm and charisma, most important listening understanding clients needsHe goes way above and beyond to deliver outstanding quality work n serviceStrangely he is not money hungry to push all these services and products All he cares about what's best for me and my look with lowest maintenance on the daily basis, Yes he is expensive but at the end, it's Cheaper to go to Robert than anyone else I've ever seen, This is the reason I waited 2wks to post this review, to make sure all he said is correct I wish him best, I hope he will stay here in the woodlands, we need him to train more stylist like him

I loved my experience at Sera Belle Salon. I got my hair cut and colored there by Kimmie and it was the BEST cut and color ever. The products aren't toxic and I didn't have to go home and wash my hair like I've had to do at previous salons. Kimmie is talented and super sweet. This is a new family owned nail spa and hair salon. When you walk in, there is no nose singeing chemical smell. I got a deluxe pedicure ($55) and it was literally the best pedicure I've ever gotten in my entire life. It's CLEAN. The employees are very considerate of sanitation and comfort. I went during down time and was informed that when it is busy, we should all use our "spa voice". I've never had to do that, but it sure felt fancy. Every person I came into contact with was so hospitable and I was very well taken care of. The person who took care of my pedicure is also a massage therapist and I've never had a foot massage that good after a pedicure. If you don't mind spending the extra money, you should definitely come here for a pedicure. It is worth every cent and you will NOT be disappointed. This is my go to place now. Forget all those other places where they rush you in and out like cattle. This is the best experience I've ever had with a nail salon and I'm so incredibly impressed that I wrote this long review.
