I had an emergency situation where a friend of mine who is 85 years old fell, broke his hip, and his shoulder. Nadine and her crew jumped in and knew exactly what to do and what he needed. His wife who, is 82, was unable to physically care for him and Nadine helped us not only take care of him but she was an intermediary with The Weils where he had been staying. For a company that claims they’re there in a difficult time in your life the fact you hire employees that would speak to someone in such a disgusting manner is appalling. As a disabled woman myself with a grandma who has home health care herself the situation that has been brought to my attention frightens me and disgusts me. To not only use a slur like that but to also go on to poke fun at someone’s sobriety?! Not who I would want taking care of a sensitive situation. And for the owner to do nothing about it clearly shows that kind of behavior is acceptable there. I’d say do better, but do us all a favor and shut down. More...
