Seeds has been an amazing organization that has been developing some really innovative and essential ways in working with young people, the community and school systems. I've witnessed an intentional organic growth as a community-based org and also training site for new clinicians. The counseling and training services all center around a mindfulness-based approach to change and growth through development of awareness. The many schools and families Seeds counselors work with have continually reported how happy and impressed they are with the level of services. Seeds of Awareness is a young and exciting non-profit offering therapeutic services to communities throughout the Bay Area.
