I began working out with Devin after going through chemo . I wanted to relieve some of the stiffness caused by the medications.
Not only did I immediately connect with her on so many levels but my appointments literally got me out of bed. I felt challenged and cared for and learned so much about my body and it’s abilities. I felt supported and safe. Devin is always cheerful and engaging and is very concerned about form which is really important to me as I don’t need to injure myself on top of everything else .
After working out with Devin for over a year I no longer have pain , have lost body fat , gained muscle and I no longer struggle with inflammation but most importantly I feel great and I can work out on my own in the weight room with confidence.
Devin is compassionate, has real magnetism and is very professional . I have had many trainers over the years and she is simply the best .
