Context: I am a software engineer from the bay area (silicon valley) coming for energy work for the first timeFirst thing I was impressed by was Paula's knowledge of the energy system and all that's going on underneath the physicality. A series of satisfying realizations for the intellectually curious as she explains the situation. During the healing she guides you completely so you aren't left to any confusion. The visualizations she was prompting to me became very powerful and was felt at all the levels: physically+emotionally+spiritually. At the end I was left with euphoria as the heavy shadow I was carrying was let go with her help+guidance.She helped me become a better person on all levels, I came for chakra balancing and walked out feeling confident with her energetic life coaching. Paula is a truly wonderful healer. I've seen her many times now and highly recommend you have a session with her too. Her energy work is incredible, from balancing my chakras, polarity, to supporting me in releasing what no longer serves and helping me open up to the next stage in my spiritual journey. While vacationing in Sedona, I was in desperate need of a massage. Paula was absolutely wonderful! In addition to the great massage, she worked on my chakras and released energy from my body that was beneficial. It was the strangest sensation I ever felt, but felt wonderful at the same time! I've never experienced anything like that when I've had Reiki done in the past. I was also dealing with bronchitis, so she worked on clearing my chest with a vibrating bowl on top of it. I had the best massage ever from Kris!I have been recovering from a systemic infection, with soreness ranging from tender to painful in my shoulders and upper arms. Â Upon touching my back, Kris gauged my sensitivity and massaged each area as deeply as possible with absolutely no pain felt by me. Â She is more intuitive than any massage therapist I have ever visited.I felt incredibly relaxed and free of any tenderness after the massage.
