I have an old home with old plumbing. The bathroom faucet was clogged and Drano wouldn't touch it. Somehow, they got the snake through the tight 90 degree turn after the P-trap in just a few minutes. Also, the bathtub drain was leaking because it was old and corroded. John found the part in just a few days and the job was done. I hired John from a Facebook recommendation. I called on a Sunday and John called back the same day! My appointment was scheduled for the following Saturday at no extra charge for a weekend appointment - BIG POINTS! Our old house has had its fair share of contractors working in and around the place. We've had poor experiences and great ones along the way. I'd like to share a great experience we had working with John Fowler Sewer & Drain. Few skilled laborers understand the essence of outstanding customer service. Chase Seals does. He responded quickly, and even on Memorial Day, when our sewer began to back-up through the floor drains in the basement. When the work began, I was informed each step of the way regarding the progress of our sewer line replacement. He also removed a 200lb root ball that was protruding from the front lawn close to our maple tree. Lastly, I was called, after the bulk of the work was complete, to not only be thanked for the business but to review the next steps on restoring our lawn and the warranty. I called for a clogged toilet. They for me in just by messaging them on FB! It was so relaxed and easy to schedule. Super nice guys too. I will definitely use them in the future. Oh!!! I forgot— I was worried about my main line bc this upstairs toilet keeps clogging. Instead of scheduling me for an expensive drain diagnosis , they let me know I’d most likely see problems downstairs first. Nice. More...
