Excellent experience, quickly answered questions I had about being picked up because I had never been to Seattle. Clear instructions on when and exactly where to meet. Seattle STS Town Car provides top-notch private car transportation to and from the airport. Unlike rideshares, it's predictable. The drivers have always been on time through the 6 years I've used the service. They track your flight so you don't have to worry about not having a ride if your flight is delayed. The owner of the company called and apologized for the incident that caused me to give a one star review and has graciously offered me a free ride to SeaTac when I am ready to leave. One thing I can honestly say is that the service I received when I arrived in Seattle at SeaTac was great. Rinku was my driver and he was waiting for me when I got my luggage. I am visiting my sister in Olympia,Wa as she undergoes cancer surgery. My brother in law chose this company to take me from Sea Tac to Olympia on Aug 30 2022. I was supposed to fly home tomorrow and this company was supposed to pick me up at 1:30pm on 9/10/22. Today, 9/9/22, my sister had to go to emergency hospital ( she had surgery 9/7). I called this company at 2:54 pm to cancel my ride tomorrow. I was told that there was a cancellation fee since I gave less than 24 hr notice. I was stunned and asked dispatch to double check, I had stated we had a family medical emergency. Nope they are charging me half of the cost of the ride from Olympia to SeaTac! And I missed their 24 hr deadline by about 1.5 hrs! I am shocked.Everyone else involved in my travel arrangements from Olympia to southern Calif has said " I am so sorry for the situation, I hope things are better soon"Missed opportunity for this company to show some compassion, especially since I was able to give them about 22.5!hours notice. Super easy pick up from SEA to our hotel. Driver called me to tell me he was waiting at baggage claim and that my flight would be at carousel 3. He found us and helped us with our bags. Car was nice and clean and he had bottled water for us too. We had a second trip a few days later, taking 12 people from our hotel to the cruise pier. The driver was on time, called to let me know he was on the way, texted to let me know once he was there, and helped everyone with their luggage. It made that part of the trip so much less stressful. I have been using this company for service for a few years now! the last several times I have had a bad experience. I had one of the drivers go 90 miles per hour until I had to tell him to slow down. Another incident I had to cancel because I needed to extend my stay in Seattle and I called 24 hours in advance and they told me that they needed to charge me in full! This is a bunch of BS! More...

We were driven to the airport early in the morning and our driver was falling asleep at the wheel. He faded across lane lines multiple times and he was visibly nodding off while driving. Our return trip from the airport on a different day was in the evening and the driver was normal, no complaints there. We had a great experience this past week with Seattle STS Town Car. They picked us up very early in the morning, exactly on time, in a very nice car and took us to the airport. On our return, our flight had a delay in getting into the gate, and a very long line in customs to get through. RInku our driver texted us and waited for us. He was there for us as we made it up to the normal baggage claim area. He helped us to the car and drove us home. We really appreciate him waiting for us, and making sure we connected. Our experience with Seattle STS Town Car was great from beginning to end. From the customer service specialist making sure we had a rear-facing car seat for my 2 yr. old granddaughter to our driver Danik who urged us to use curbside bag check in due to traveling with a 7 yr old & 2 yr. old and lugging not only bags but a Port-a-Crib too! A suggestion that made a huge difference in making things so much easier for us. Danik was 5 min. early for our 7 am pick-up. Safely got us to SeaTac by 7:30 am on a drizzly Sat. morning. Water bottles for all, which was thoughtful, and helped with all our luggage too. He was great, and we enjoyed the banter on the way to the airport. Large black Suburban was clean, roomy and a very smooth ride.Highly recommend this company!!!
