The food knocks the ball out of the park, absolutely delicious. Today, I knocked of a big serving of the nachos and they were so good I was tempted to order more. Good thing I didn't as I am still stuffed from lunch as it is! The staff is friendly and the service lightning fast. On these things, I would give them 4 thumbs-up if I had that many.HOWEVER: I knocked off one star because of the music. It is so loud that I have to set on the patio to protect my hearing. Could we turn it down, please?My message to restaurateurs is this: When I come to your establishment with my friends and family, I expect to set and enjoy conversation with them and not be forced to yell over the music. This place was absolutely amazing!! We just finished our meal here and everything about it was GREAT. We ended up coming after looking up restaurants in the area and this one had the best ratings. We have a lot a great bbq places back home ( we are here on vacation) but this topped them all! We didn't say one word to each other during our meal. Didn't even look up, that's how you know it was delicious! We weren't able to see who we guess was one of the owners before we left. He brought us two of the other home made bbq sauces they have ( they have bottles on the tables) and told us to let him know which one was our favorite, well we couldn't pick just one! If you are looking for good bbq, this isn't it. The burnt ends were full of gristle and fat. There was no deep, chewy bark to be found. I'm not even sure the burnt ends came from the point of the brisket. They tasted more like pieces of fatty roast slathered in liquid smoke and cooked in the oven in their own grease. The meathead sandwich was mediocre. Not much flavor at all. The service was also about as bland and lifeless as the bbq. When I let the server know that our burnt ends were really not edible, she said, "That is good to know." I think Seasoned Swine should reassess their bbq and maybe try firing up the cold smokers in their parking lot. More...

We've been getting lucky with the BBQ places we've been able to experience lately. On a recent weeknight with some friends, they ordered Seasoned Swine BBQ and it was pretty dang tasty. Ribs, pulled pork, chicken, mac & cheese, cole slaw, BBQ beans, and cornbread were on the menu. Their ribs are succulent and fall from the bone. The rub is flavorful and delicious. The chicken was moist, tender, and oh so wonderfully smoky. I can usually take or leave BBQ beans but theirs were top notch. The mac & cheese doesn't look like much just from appearance, but the creaminess of the cheese and the noodles are cooked to perfection. A hidden gem of BBQ in Golden serving some of the best Burnt Ends around!Seasoned Swine has been in the game for about a year and are dishing out some tasty BBQ in Golden. I've been twice now and plan to return anytime I pass by out there. The burnt ends are a must, try it with the cherry chipotle bbq sauce! They practically melt in your mouth. Solid bbq, coming from a Texan. We started with pork and brisket tacos. Loved the brisket so much we went back for the brisket nachos. The sauces are great, meat is cooked perfectly and the tortillas are soft. My family and I visited this restaurant this evening. While I am no expert on barbecue, nor do I pretend to be one, the food was amazing. What particularly caught my attention was the staff, the owner introduced himself to us and remarked "please let me know what I can do to make you and your family more comfortable."While we didn't require anything out of the ordinary, nor did we request such. Best BBQ place on the west side. I've tried a lot of BBQ places from Glendale to Highlands and everywhere in between. My best friends turned me on to this place so I tried it tonight. Def a little on the dive side, but that's always a good sign (to me anyway). Had pulled pork sandwich, burnt ends, OG Mac n cheese and baked beans. The house BBQ sauce is incredible. Seriously should be bottled and sold. The pork was super tender and flavorful. To me, it was more chunky than shredded, but it was definitely fork tender. The burnt ends were perfect. The mac and cheese, sorry, but bland. Needed a lot more cheese and maybe more than one kind. The baked beans were heavenly. OMG .. Just got a delivery of the BEST BBQ !As a former Texan I can be a bit picky when it comes to BBQ & I am here to tell you that this is the REAL DEAL . We ordered a slab of ribs, Mac & cheese, potato salad, Cole slaw & beans . Every single thing was delicious. If we had to pick a favorite I don't think we could . Where to start. Server was very short(rude). "Cold local beers", not at all unless you still consider New Belgium local. ... Hands down the worst brisket I've ever had (in a restaurant at least). It was barely even edible. We were confused as to if they somehow mixed it up with the burnt ends that were supposed to be in the sandwich we ordered which was pulled pork and brisket. If you are a southern boy like me who takes pride in BBQ then you have to check out Seasoned Swine! I’m never disappointed in the food or atmosphere! The owner Jacob is amazing and takes pride in his food and interacts with every customer! Also the staff is very friendly and goes out of there way to to help you in anyway they can. Well to start the brisket was dry and room temperature. Mac n cheese was good. And the burnt ends were decent. But all the food was room temp at best. My wife got the chicken and 4 hours later she was in horrible pain for the next 3 days with food poisoning and a trip to the ER. Ruined our whole trip to the mountains by making this stop. Doctor tested for food borne bacteria and that's what it was. It may have been a one off. I hope it was and nobody else went through the pain my wife did. More...

I hate doing this, but we hired Seasoned Swine for our Grand Opening and they were a no-show. We booked our reservation in advance, confirmed our reservation with Jacob the week before, and he ghosted us the day of. We are disappointed to say the least, but want to give people fair warning if you book him for an event. He didn’t even give us the courtesy of a call to tell us he wasn’t coming. We tried the ribs last night and they were just average, not worth the price, which is very high for the area. Didn't taste like they were smoked at all, just cooked (possibly) on a grill. Very disappointing.

My nephew hired their food truck for his birthday. The food was so yummy that we decided to go visit the actual restaurant. The beef brisket was so tender, moist and tasty!
