I've just completed my 7th session at Seacoast Women's fitness. I love how every time I go it's a different workout and I love how every time I leave, I feel AWESOME. I am finally seeing and feeling results that I haven't seen in, lets face it, YEARS!. This is a great program. For me, I am a member at a yoga place and a local fitness place so I simply couldn't budget the extra $$$ for this program, although I would have become a member if my budget allowed for it.
